Relationship Manager : Any person in Partner organisation, interact with customer pro- actively (Calling to customer) and fulfill all requirements of customers.
Key Skills required: Tele calling , Tally product knowledge, Basic understanding of Tally business etc.
Training Required: Tele calling etiquettes, Induction , White belt (Yellow belt is better), closure skills, reference generation.
Customer Tagging: tagging of customer define boundary to perform and measure the improvement. ideally 500 - 1000 customer base provide opportunity to interact through out the month.
Evaluate performance: Performance can be evaluate by customer health ( Active customer % and % of customer on TP 3.0 & Above), Working (Unique CSE), QAU Growth
Reward: Top 3 RM in a region got Goodies and GV for Rs. 1000/- every month
